  • 1 package of Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna, thawed out
  • 1 cup of cooked rice (I used brown)
  • 2 cups of arugula
  • Fresh lemon
  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil


  1. Assemble rice, tuna and arugula in two bowls
  2. Add fresh lemon and olive oil and enjoy
  3. You can also add any other veggies or dressings you'd like
