How can we make brownies even better? Kind of a trick question, right?
Well no tricks here babes. Just the easiest 2-ingredient Vegan Chocolate Ganache to smear right on top of your favorite brownie recipe.
When I first told myself I wanted to make a super easy ganache, I didn’t think it would be only 2 ingredients. I also didn’t think it would be as easy as this is. It is made with coconut milk coffee creamer and dark chocolate chips. That is IT.
Plus it is ready in literally 10 minutes so it doesn’t get better than that.
I made a mistake the first time I made this ganache and put it in the fridge to cool down before putting on top of my brownies. I do not recommend this. Let the ganache cool for about 30 minutes on your counter, not fridge!
The brownies you use here are also key. I personally am addicted to ginnybakes brownie mix. It is made with all organic and simple ingredients. I love being able to add coconut oil to the mix too instead of canola oil. I actually don’t even own canola oil, which is shocking for someone who bakes all the time. Once I needed it for a Super Bowl recipe and had to borrow from my best friend, Danielle to even make it!
Anyways, ginnybakes brownie mix is the real deal people. You know my love for all things ginnbakes is serious. Every product is a staple in my kitchen. Especially the baking mixes and the ginnymini’s. They are unbelievable good, omg.

2-ingredient Chocolate Ganache
- 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk) coffee creamer
- *I used ginnybakes brownie mix to put on top*
- Place chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl
- Slowly heat the creamer in a pan, take off heat when it simmers
- Pour over chocolate chips and mix until chocolate is melted
- Let it cool for about 30 minutes
- Spread over brownies (I used my favorite ginnybakes mix)
- Enjoy immediately or keep in fridge
