Comment on Baked Paleo Apple Cider Donuts (vegan) by Lindsey.
Currently have my second batch in the oven! They are SO GOOD. They literally taste like coffee cake, it’s amazing. I don’t have a food processor so I put everything in my Ninja blender and it worked just fine. Just make sure you follow the baking directions completely – I had some trouble getting them out of the pan intact, but when I actually read the instructions and let them coo first, they popped right out. Perfect breakfast or snack with a cup of tea in the afternoon. Thanks, Rachel!

3-ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
These are so dangerously good! I always have these ingredients on hand, so I can’t believe it took me this long to try out the recipe, but oh man. I’ve already eaten 2 straight out of the oven and they are divine. Thanks, Rachel!
Frozen Nut Butter Stuffed Dates (with protein!)
I was looking for something sweet and easy to make today and came across this recipe! They’re in the freezer now and I’m so excited about them. The filling is delicious and you can’t ever go wrong with dates. Thanks, Rachel!
Golden Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins (vegan + gluten-free)
Just made these for the first time and they are SO GOOD. The turmeric gives them just the right amount of spice, and the sunflower seeds add really nice crunch. So excited to add these to my muffin rotation!
Healthy Bakery Style Banana Spice Muffins (gluten-free)
These are AMAZING! I followed it exactly (except I used oat flour) and they turned out perfectly. My boyfriend ate three fresh out of the oven (and was literally shocked when I told him the clean ingredients.) One of my favorite recipes on this blog, thanks Rachel!
