- 1 cup of Village Harvest red quinoa
- 1.5 cups of coconut milk
- 1 sliced bananas
- 2 tablespoon raw walnuts
- 2 tablespoons raisins (or chocolate chips)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Prepare quinoa according to package except sub the water for coconut milk
- Once fully cooked, pour into two bowls of choice
- Add toppings and enjoy!
