Vegan Banana Nut Ice Cream

  • 2 small frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop of AboutTime vegan vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of maple cashew butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Cashews
  • Walnuts


  1. Place frozen bananas, protein powder, almond milk and maple cashew butter in nutribullet or blender
  2. Blend until smooth/ice cream consistency
  3. Pour into bowl or cup of choice and top with walnuts, cashews and cinnamon
