Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  • 3/4 cup of old fashioned oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of AboutTime vegan vanilla protein powder (or however much you like)
  • 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 small banana (extra ripe for more flavor)
  • Sprinkle of raw peanuts


  1. Combine all ingredients except peanut butter in a mason jar or tupperware
  2. Mix well and store in fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours)
  3. Add peanut butter right before eating
