Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
- 3/4 cup of old fashioned oatmeal
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 scoop of AboutTime vegan vanilla protein powder (or however much you like)
- 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter
- 1 small banana (extra ripe for more flavor)
- Sprinkle of raw peanuts
- Combine all ingredients except peanut butter in a mason jar or tupperware
- Mix well and store in fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours)
- Add peanut butter right before eating
