A few weeks ago I shared a Pink Goddess Smoothie Bowl that was made with Pitaya Plus. If you ever wondered how smoothie bowls get the most gorgeous neon pink color, it is totally from the Pitaya Plus. Not to mention they add a ton of antioxidants thanks to super fruit, dragon fruit. You keep them in your freezer and you easily pop them into your Nutribullet or blender when you are making your smoothies. I am seriously obsessed with these, it’s always more fun to eat your food when it’s pretty, am I right? 😉
Here is what you need to make this Berry Crunch Smoothie Bowl:
The smoothie to crunch ratio is seriously on point plus a flavor blast from pitaya plus and goji berries is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!
- 2 small frozen bananas
- 1 packet of pitaya plus dragon fruit
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- vanilla granola
- goji berries
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- Add smoothie bowl ingredients to nutribullet and blend until "ice cream" consistency
- Pour into bowl of choice and add toppings
