    Chocolate Chip Espresso Overnight Oats

Chocolate Chip Espresso Overnight Oats made with my new favorite kitchen toyChocolate Chip Espresso Overnight Oats by rachLmansfield

So many of you may already know this but, I have never had a cup a coffee in my life.

Yes, that is right. I do not drink coffee. I don’t drink any caffeine actually at all. I am so naturally energetic and going a million miles a minute that me on caffeine is just insane.

I also have such an addictive personality that I know if I start drinking caffeine, I would become super dependent on it.

Anyways a few weeks ago, I received an email from the team over at ORCA. ORCA is the maker of an insanely gorgeous and quality espresso and coffee from Italy. Jord is a huge fan of coffee and I obsess over the smell (seriously, I bought him a coffee machine just so I can smell it every morning). I was so intrigued by ORCA because I haven’t heard of it before.

ORCA roasts and grinds their coffee beans in Italy, how cool is that? Their coffee and espresso live in their unique pods that only work in their own ORCA machine. The machine is also the most gorgeous kitchen appliance I have seen. The crisp white is so shiny, clean and beautiful.

The best part about the machine is that it is FREE with your pod subscription. Yes, you read that right. When you sign up for the monthly coffee club, you get an ORCA machine for free.

You can pick whatever pods you want from the 3 varieties they have: Espresso Roma (rich and bold), Espresso Firenze (smooth and velvety) and Medium Roast Coffee (delicate and light).

I had so much fun setting my machine up and making all the pods the first day. Jord is now addicted. I make it for him in the morning and he brings it to work to enjoy. And now YOU have a chance to win your own ORCA coffee maker & pods by entering the giveaway here: ORCA Coffee & Espresso Maker GiveawayThe espresso and coffee are so great to enjoy as is but I obviously make something else with it. I had never used coffee or espresso anything before so this was a new territory for me.

Then I realized how I have been neglecting my pour overnight oats recently. I have been so consumed with banana breads and other treats, I haven’t been thinking of new ways to eat our oats.

I know all you coffee and espresso lovers are going to go nuts over these Chocolate Chip Espresso Overnight Oats. What is better than chocolate in our oats AND your morning caffeine all in one bowl?

I love the smell, taste, and ritual of drinking a great cup of espresso coffee, the morning caffeine jolt is an obvious benefit.

Yes! The smell is just amazing. I can’t attest to taste or caffeine jolt but there’s nothing like our morning habits 🙂 xx
