Chocolate Cookie Dough Overnight Oats made with less than 7 ingredients
Don’t you just wish you could eat cookies all day? And no, I don’t mean Chips Ahoy. I’m talking quality, delicious, good-for-you cookies.
One of my favorite parts of being a Food Blogger is trying and finding new products that I love. It is SO important to me to always stay authentic and only talk about products that I believe in and love. That’s why you see very limited branded posts on my Instagram and you see many of the same brands over and over again. People can see right through forced posts that have nothing to do with what you believe in. Since day one of blogging, I always said I would never work with a brand or post food that I wouldn’t eat. I am so proud to say that has remained true during my blogging journey so far.
Now back to the COOKIES! And most importantly the Chocolate Cookie Dough Overnight Oats.
I have been eating emmy’s macaroons for a handful of months now. I love the clean ingredients they have in them and the deliciously unique flavors they offer. One of my favorite macaroons from them are the “chocolate chip” (obviously) because they taste like straight up raw cookies to me. They are made from organic coconut, organic raw agave, almond flour, non-geo dark chocolate chips, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic vanilla, himalayan crystal salt and love!
Like, how amazing is that ingredient line up? I am so honored to work with emmy’s organics to bring you this deliciously amazing recipe. It is almost a dream to me to work with them because of how much my family and I love their macaroons. My Dad (the coconut connoisseur) eats every flavor and keeps them at his desk! How cute is that.
emmy’s also has superfood cereals and chocolate sauce that are all amazing. The chocolate sauce makes an appearance in this recipe too (of course). Plus if you use the code MANSFIELD20, you can get 20% off through 3/21/16.
