    Stomach issues. Good old stomach issues. Who doesn’t have them these days? I don’t exactly consider myself someone with a “strong” stomach but I also don’t exactly think I am a “weak” stomach either, maybe somewhere in between?

    This is also when I was introduced to probiotics. I started taking them daily because I was told it was good for my stomach. I didn’t even care about anything else. Once I heard probiotics were good for your digestion and stomach, I was game.

    I also drink kombucha daily to help with my gut in addition to taking probiotics. I am still convinced I don’t fart frequently because of this. It seriously is a game changer people!

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup old fashioned oatmeal
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite nondairy milk)
    • 1/4 cup yogurt (look for one with active cultures)
    • 1 banana sliced
    • 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Probiotic Granola (it is so yummy!)
    • 1 tablespoon honey

    Directions

    1. Combine ingredients in your mason jar or tupperware of choice
    2. Place in fridge overnight and enjoy the next day!
    3. Eat in addition to your UP4 Probtioc

    This is basically my everyday breakfast!! I definitely need to try UP4, I wonder if it will make a difference because the only dairy I eat comes in the form of Greek yogurt every morning!

    I was happy to see a breakfast bowl that was vegan! But there is yogurt as a base… how is that vegan? Regardless glad I clicked on the link the probiotic you recommended looks worth a check out, thanks for the coupon!

      Hi there! Many yogurts at your local whole foods or grocery store are vegan and or plant based, I used them so yes this is vegan! There are both dairy and nondairy options.

    Except one thing …HONEY IS NOT VEGAN! I don’t mean it in the bad way,just saying for the info 🙂 so how people that got excited…If you want it vegan,sub the honey for MAPLE SYRUP,AGAVE OR COCONUT NECTAR. USE THE PLANT BASED YOGURT (As Rachel said 🙂 ) and you are all set 🙂

    BTW I love your Recepies Rache! 😉 Sometimes I have to change them to be 100%vegan but love them 🙂
