So this recipe was the result of an epic fail. I was trying to make peanut butter cup frozen hot chocolate, but when I tried it, it was way too rich for someone to drink an entire cup of. I poured them into my mini mason jar shot glasses, which Jord and I are obsessed with. We use them everyday when we take our Apple Cider Vinegar shots (highly recommend taking these), obviously when making cocktails and now when I make these Peanut Butter Cup Shooters.

The chopped peanut butter cups add the perfect texture, flavor and crunch to these shooters. I am absolutely obsessed with making them now. Plus this recipe makes just TWO so it’s a perfect quick and some what light dessert.
All you need to make Dairy & Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cup Shooters is:
chocolate peanut butter
mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups (these are a staple in my home, so amazing)

- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
- 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 pitted dates (chopped)
- 4 mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups (chopped)
- Add all ingredients except peanut butter cups into your nutribullet or blender
- Blend completely
- Pour into shot glasses and add chopped peanut butter cups on top
