Pineapple Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk)
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup Frontier Bites Macadamia Pineapple Coconut

Directions

  1. In your food processor or blender, blend together pineapple, banana, macadamia nuts and coconut milk
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Pour into your bowl of choice and top with shredded coconut and bites
