Vegan Quinoa Tabbouleh Hummus made with just 8 ingredients plus MORE exciting news!Quinoa Tabbouleh Hummus by rachLmansfield

First things first. Remember the other day when I told ya’ll my Instagram story? Well there was a reason for that besides me rambling on for a few paragraphs.

A few months ago, Georgie from In It 4 the Long Run, asked me if I was interested in creating an Instagram Guide together. Basically all you could ever want or need to know about Instagram in one place to share with people. I immediately jumped on the idea. I still remember her asking me when we were walking on the sidewalk together in NYC. She is always thinking of ways to help other bloggers and I was so honored to be asked to create this with her.

A couple months later Georgie and Christina from The Blissful Balance, created a community called “Bloggers Gonna Blog Community”. Otherwise known as BGBCommunity. You may recognize the hashtag from Instagram too (it is taking OVER!). Their goal is to inspire, teach and connect other bloggers in the space. It is ultimately a community where we can lean on one another, share exciting news and ask for advice. It has been such a support system for me over the last few crazy months in this blogging space, and I am so excited to be a part of it with our Instagram Guide.

This Instagram Guide consists of everything you need to know about the platform. We chat about all things from creating your username to taking Instagram-worthy photos to how to work with brands (if I had a dime for how many emails I receive asking me about that, omg). It has the essentials to the Instagram game. It is a tool I wish I had this time last year and it is something that each of you will want to have forever.

We take you through lesson by lesson and help guide you along the way. You will be receive tasks to complete to further help you grow and take advantage of my favorite social media platform ever. If you are serious about taking your IG game to the next level, this is what you want.

Finally babes, here is the link to the guide, Influence with Instagram. Take this and run with it. Run unicorn, RUN! Plus you get a sweet discount until May 19th so take full advantage now.

Now, back to this Quinoa Tabbouleh Hummus…

When Simply 7 Snacks told me that May 13th was National Hummus Day, my heart skipped a beat. I had to make something for ya’ll to enjoy tomorrow (and everyday obviously).

I eat hummus every single day and go through at least two containers a week. I use it as a sauce in my zoodles (it’s amazing, try it) and love to dip chips in hummus for my savory snacking.

Today I am sharing my latest hummus creation, Quinoa Tabbouleh Hummus. Yup, that’s right we are combining two delicious mediterranean cuisines into one amazeball dip to enjoy. This Quiona Tabbouleh is made with quinoa, lemon juice, garlic, extra virign olive oil, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, parsley and mint. If you are like me and don’t love tomatoes, you can 100% leave them out because I usually do. Jord loves tomatoes though so I tried to be considerate when making this.

I dip my Simply 7 Hummus Chips in this and basically freak out over the flavor explosion in my mouth. Now it’s your turn to try this deliciousness.
