Supergreen Macro Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 3 cups of organicgirl supergreens!
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup of chick peas
  • 1/3 cup of wakame
  • 1 cup of spiralized cucumbers
  • 9 ounces of prepared tempeh
  • Sprinkle of sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In 2 bowls split all ingredients evenly
  2. Place brown rice, supergreens, sliced avocado, chick peas, wakame, cucumbers and tempeh in each bowl
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top of each
  4. Toss each bowl with dressing of your choice (I used hummus and evoo)
