These Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars are made with just 3 ingredients. They are vegan, gluten-free and such a delicious and easy dessert to make. If you love chocolate and peanut butter – these are for you!

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave or over stovetop. Depending on the chocolate you use, you may need to add coconut oil to help to melt
  2. Mix in the peanut butter to fully combine
  3. Next add in cereal and mix all together so the cereal is fully coated in the chocolate peanut butter mixture
  4. Line a loaf pan or baking dish with parchment paper then add the crunch bar batter to the pan and spread across
  5. Add to fridge or freeze to set until firm
  6. Cut into bars/bites and enjoy!

*Store in fridge for 1 week or freezer for 2 weeks
