Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the almond flour, coconut flour, honey and coconut oil and mix well until a dough forms (a spoon works, you don’t need food processor!)
  2. Fold in dark chocolate and mix again
  3. Add to a greased 8×8 baking dish or loaf pan (I like lining with parchment paper for easier removal)
  4. Add to freezer for 2 hours then slice and enjoy

Notes

Store any leftovers in the freezer for up to 2 months!
