This Creamy High-Protein Caesar Salad Dressing is made with just a few ingredients. It is much healthier than store-bought dressing and is ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 7 tablespoons plain greek yogurt (I use full-fat but fat-free works too)
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 2 small anchovy filets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender add the yogurt, garlic clove, lemon mustard, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, anchovies and olive oil
  2. Turn the machine on and let it run for 15 to 20 seconds until smooth and fully combined
  3. Serve with salad or desired dishes
