6-ingredient Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta made with all gluten-free, dairy-free ingredients for an easy and healthy pasta recipe!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of gluten-free pasta of choice (I used this one)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce of choice (I used this one)
  • 1/3 cup Bonafide Provisions Organic Bone Broth (code RACHL for 20% off)
  • 1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup organic basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to instructions on box
  2. As pasta cooks, add the tomato sauce and bone broth to a medium sauce pan
  3. Open the can of the coconut milk and scoop out the creamy top and save the rest for another use (oats, smoothes, baking)
  4. Add the coconut milk, garlic, basil and black pepper to the saucepan and stir well to mix
  5. Heat the sauce for a few minutes on medium/medium-low then top the cooked pasta with it
  6. You can also add some extra protein like grass-fed meatballs, chicken, anything!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for 5 days
