Boozy Creamsicle Floats for two made with just 5 simple ingredients
BABES, this is my very first “boozy” recipe on the blog.
I usually leave the mixology up to Jord because it is most definitely his forte and not mine. I’m a pretty standard tequila on the rocks or martini gal so making fancy drinks just don’t come naturally to me.Ā Dessert and snacks on the other hand, well I’m your girl. That’s why I combined the best of both worlds in these Boozy Creamsicle Floats.
These floats are basically summer in a glass and they are the perfect addition to pretty much any afternoon or barbecue thisĀ season.
You can of course make them sans booze if you are making these for kids or just aren’t in the mood for vodka. They will still taste absolutely delicious. I mean, what is not to love about a creamsicle? I spent 90% of my childhood chasing the ice cream truck trying to get one anytime I could. I loved the orangey, vanilla flavor. Besides the fact that it would get all over my face and hands (popsicle problems). I can’t even remember the last time I had a real creamsicle but these came pretty close if you ask me.
These Boozy Creamsicle Floats are made with just give easy ingredients that all happen to be dairy and gluten-free. I used two flavors of my-go to sorbetto, Ciao Bella. You may recognize Ciao Bella from the 5-ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard that almost broke my blog because you babes went crazy (but seriously) and this Grain-free Berry Crisp.
The Ciao BellaĀ Sicilian Blood Orange and CoconutĀ mixed together is actually the most delicious flavor combination. If you do anything after reading this, at least just go mix them together in a bowl. You will thank me later.
Other than those two sorbettos, allĀ you need are some sliced oranges, your preferred vodka and some seltzer. Yes, it is that easy to make these.
And don’t forget – don’t eat these and drive babes, always be responsible š
