Cinnamon Roll Cake (using any vanilla boxed cake mix!)

This Cinnamon Roll Cake is one of the most delicious and easy desserts to make using boxed cake mix and a few more ingredients and you will have a tasty cake that tastes like cinnamon rolls.

Yield: Serves 8 slices 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of vanilla cake mix (I used this gluten-free)
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Prepare cake mix per instructions on the box and mix together
  3. Pour into greased 8-inch cake pan
  4. Mix the coconut sugar and cinnamon together then pour it onto of cake and swirl
  5. Bake in oven per instructions on box
  6. Once cake cools, mix together glaze of powdered sugar and milk and drizzle on top and slice and enjoy!

Notes

*Store leftovers in airtight container for 5 days
