This Starbucks Banana Walnut Pecan Bread is a must try! For all Starbucks lovers who are craving banana bread and want to save money and have a healthier version, try this loaf! It is gluten-free, has no refined sugar and still is so flavorful and delivers on texture and sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe medium bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups gluten-free flour (or sub all purpose flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas, leaving some chunks if desired
  3. In add egg, coconut sugar, oil, milk and vanilla and mix all together until combined
  4. Add in flour, baking soda and cinnamon and mix together until combined
  5. Folder in nuts then add to loaf pan and spread across
  6. Sprinkle some extra nuts if desired and bake in oven for about 40 to 45 minutes or until you stick toothpick in and it comes out clean
  7. Allow the loaf to cool for a few then slice with bread knife and enjoy!

Notes

*Store in airtight container for 3 days, fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months
