This Crispy Crunchy Cheesy Matzo Pizza recipe is a must try any time of year but especially during Passover. Matzo topped with sauce, cheese and any toppings you want.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 matzo  (gluten-free if needed)
  • 3 tablespoons sauce of choice 
  • 3 tablespoons shredded cheese like mozzarella
  • Any other toppings or seasonings you want! I love adding dried basil, pepperoni, or veggies

Instructions

  1. Assemble your matzo pizza as usual.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F or oven 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Air fry for 3-5 minutes or bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Enjoy a super crispy, delicious pizza!
