These crowd pleasing Tortellini Antipasto Skewers are such a delicious and easy appetizer to make for any occasion. These are a staple for us and they look so much fancier than they are.

  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Cook Time: 5 mins
  • Total Time: 15 mins

Yield: 8-10 skewers 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 12-ounce cheese tortellinis
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze + more for garnish
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 lb salami cubes or small slices
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata or green olives
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • optional: basil leaves
  • 810 wood skewers

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini per package instructions
  2. Strain and pour gold water over pasta and set aside and drizzle with about 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  3. Pierce each ingredient onto the skewer and slide down towards bottom of skewer. If your salami is in slices, fold it in half then half again so it makes triangle! I bought a log and cut it into cubes
  4. Stack skewers on platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 2-3 days. If preparing ahead of time, add balsamic right before serving!
