Dark Chocolate Sweet Potato Breakfast Bars made with vegan and gluten-free ingredients for a delicious homemade breakfast and snack bar!

Yield: 9 bars 1x




  1. Grease an 8×8 baking dish with coconut oil and parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mix, sweet potato puree, almond butter and coconut oil and mix well (use your muscles!)
  3. Once evenly combine, press into baking dish to form the bars
  4. Spread the melted chocolate on top then dollops of almond butter and swirl with toothpick or knife
  5. Place in the fridge to set overnight or freezer for a couple hours
  6. Slice into bars and enjoy!


Store bars in fridge for up to a week or freeze for a couple months
