Doughy Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza made with gluten-free and nut-free ingredients and with an extra boost from collagen peptides!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 or 9 inch pie dish with coconut oil (or use this!)
  2. Whisk together the melted butter, egg and vanilla extract
  3. Add in the flours, baking powder, collagen and coconut sugar and mix well (the tough will be thick, just keep mixing so all the flours evenly distributed)
  4. Fold in the chocolate and mix again
  5. Add to pie dish and bake in oven for 20 minutes
  6. Allow the cookie pizza to cool then slice and enjoy!
