These Gluten-free Oatmeal Blender Waffles are such an easy and delicious waffle recipe to whip up when the craving strikes. Plus they have no added sugar and are a delicious and healthy waffle recipe for the whole family (toddler approved!)

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of the oats to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until the oats are in a flour-like consistency
  2. Add in banana, nut butter, milk, egg, vanilla and baking powder and blend again until smooth
  3. Mix in the additional 1/3 cup oats and stir with a spatula (this is also when you’d add in any other mix-in’s like chocolate chips, blueberries, etc.)
  4. Heat your waffle iron and grease if needed (I used this mini waffle iron)
  5. Scoop about 1/3 cup of batter into the iron (amount will vary based off the size of your waffle iron) and cook until ready
  6. Serve with desired toppings!

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months

**You can double this recipe to make a bigger batch
