This healthy chocolate pudding recipe is not to be missed. Takes 5 minutes to make and is gluten-free, vegan and so delicious.

Yield: Serves 3-4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or more to sweeten if desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth, making sure to scrape down sides so it all blends together between pulses
  2. Add to desired bowl and serve or add to fridge until ready to eat (it will thicken over time!)

Notes

*Store in fridge for 5 days
