The easiest homemade banana chips! Made with just one ingredient in your oven.

Ingredients

  • Bananas (not too freckled – only a day or so old!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Slice the bananas into 1/4 inch quarters/rounds
  3. Evenly spread the banana slices across the sheet and add to oven
  4. Bake in oven for 35 minutes then gently flip over each round
  5. Decrease oven to 200 degrees and bake again in oven for another 45 minutes
  6. Allow the bananas to cool completely (this is key so they get crunchy!) then store in airtight container for up to 7 days
