Easy Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Almonds for an easy and delicious healthy brussels sprouts recipe!

Ingredients

  • 45 cups organic brussels sprouts (this was about 2 large bags for me)
  • 1/4 cup Tessemae’s Organic Honey Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds
  • Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Rinse/wash the brussels sprouts as you prefer then cut off ends and slice each in half
  3. Add to a large bowl with honey mustard, avocado oil, almonds, salt and pepper and mix well
  4. Add to baking sheet and bake in oven for about 40 minutes, shaking the tray every 15 minutes or so
  5. Broil for the last 2 minutes if you want to get them extra crispy!
  6. Remove from oven and enjoy as you wish

Notes

*These will stay good in fridge for 5 days
