These Raspberry Chocolate Yogurt Clusters are a must-make! One of the viral desserts all over social media and it is packed with protein, satisfies a sweet tooth and they’re made with 5 ingredients. Plus these are gluten-free and can easily be made dairy-free with another yogurt option.

  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Total Time: 2 hours

Yield: 8-10 clusters 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (I do plain to keep it lower in sugar)
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granola (I used this one – code RACHL30)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt and raspberries and sweetener if using to a bowl and mash all together
  2. Mix in the granola thoroughly
  3. Add scoops of yogurt mixture to a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  4. Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each
  5. Set in freezer for about 1-2 hours or until yogurt clusters are set
  6. Next melt chocolate (add coconut oil if needed) then carefully dip each cluster into chocolate using a spoon and add back to baking sheet (you can add flakey sea salt if you want too)
  7. Allow the clusters to set in freezer again and enjoy!

Notes
