These Sheet Pan Cheeseburger Patties are a must make for an easy any night dinner recipe. Made with gluten-free ingredients – this meal is great for the whole family for dinner. Bonus if you have leftovers for the next day.

Yield: Serves 4 to 5 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium zucchini, shredded and moisture squeezed out
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease or line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, mix together beef, zucchini, shallot, almond flour, eggs, marinara sauce, basil and 1 cup cheese until fully combined
  3. Add the beef mixture to quarter sheet pan and press down to combine
  4. Cook in oven for 30 minutes then remove from oven and remove grease if desired (I press down paper towel to do that)
  5. Sprinkle cheese across and add back to oven to cook for 10 minutes or so until cheese is melted and bubbling
  6. Slice into desired slices and enjoy with sides or buns of choice

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months
