    Energizing Breakfast Bowl

A Vegan Energizing Breakfast Bowl filled with healthy nuts, seeds & dried fruitenergizingbreakfastbowl

UM, yes this bowl is a whole lotta EVERYTHING!

Most of the time after breakfast, I am rushing out the door to the grocery store, a morning work out or an am meeting, but I definitely practice what I preach in the breakfast world. It is so important that we fuel our bodies with nutritious and filling breakfast bowls of pure deliciousness. We need fuel to get us through the morning and how we start our day really impacts the rest of our behaviors during the day.

This Energizing Breakfast Bowl is a serious powerhouse. Filled with oatmeal, raw nuts, seeds and dried fruit, it is packed with healthy fats, carbs, protein and fiber. Just the ticket to give us that extra boost during our work out or motivation to get through the morning at work. Plus it is vegan AND gluten free for ya’ll!

I used Modern Oats Nuts & Seeds for my Energizing Breakfast Bowl because I love that they use whole grain rolled oats and I can read every single ingredient in their products! I also made Flourless Apple Walnut Pancakes a couple months ago with their Apple & Walnut oatmeal and loved the flavor and texture it added to the pancakes. They have so many flavors too and they’re so convenient to have on hand. Jord loves taking them to work too when he needs a quick breakfast.

In addition to Modern Oats Nuts & Seeds, I added a handful of other raw nuts and such that I had on hand. Here is the list of what I recommend for this:

    Raw cashews

    Raw walnuts

    Raw pumpkin seeds

    Maple Almond Butter

Figs sound like a dream in this combo! Where do you usually buy your dried figs? (I’m also from NYC) . I’m a huge lover of your blog and instagram posts <3
