Fall Superfood Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package of organicgirl Pepper Greens
  • 2 whole apples sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup of raw walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon water

Directions

  1. Mix Pepper greens, sliced apples, goat cheese, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and pomegranate seeds in a large bowl
  2. In a small bowl mix together evoo, maple syrup, acv and water until dressing consistency
  3. Toss salad with dressing
