I was super excited to try this recipe, but it was sort of a fail. The batter was incredibly sticky so I couldn’t really form a pancake, and the end result was a bit dry and dense (although tasty!). I have used oat flour before and had a similar experience. Am I doing something wrong? Any tips on working with this ingredient in the future? (Not sure if it matters, but I used gluten free oat flour.)
