I am usually not the type to write a comment, but these… OH MY!!!
I made them and they are soooo good. I substituted 10 Gr. of the flour for protein Powder, but I don’t think it changed the texture or taste much.
I never bake banana bread beacause until now they were always a dissapointment, but these are like christmas in the form of a bread and surprise surprise, they are healthy too 😀 (only ca 150 kcal per slice -10 slices- and some good healthy fats). Happy that I came across your page, thank you for sharing those amazing recipes!!
