Gluten-free Birthday Cake Banana Bread Skillet made with all paleo and dairy-free ingredients. This is such an easy and healthy dessert recipe that is lower in sugar and takes less than 30 minutes to make.

If you have made my infamous Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread Cookie Skillet then you are 100% going to LOVE this recipe.

And considering that each year my banana bread cookie skillet is one of the top recipes on the blog, I’d assume majority of you have had it at this point. But today’s new version has a few tweaks to make it birthday cake themed. And that is mostly because I have made this for my birthday year after year and it is a personal favorite of mine! I love how easy it is to make. And it’s not too sweet and it also just hits the spot every single time.

You can also take this up another level by adding a scoop of your faoviret ice cream right on top when it’s warm out of the oven. Kind of like a brownie a la mode but banana bread birthday cake a la mode baby!

I cannot wait to hear what you guys think of this recipe!! Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram and Tiktok if you try it.
