Gluten-free Chocolate Peanut Butter Freezer Candy

  1. In a small saucepan, add the dark chocolate and peanut butter and melt over medium to medium/low heat
  2. Stir the chocolate mixture until fully melted then remove from heat and add in the honey and mix again
  3. Add in the flaxseed and stir well to combine
  4. Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper (makes for easier removable) then spread evenly
  5. If you'd like to swirl peanut butter, add 5 teaspoons of peanut butter across the bread pan then swirl with a knife or toothpick
  6. Sprinkle sea salt on top and add to freezer for 1 hour to set

*Fudge will stay good in freezer for 2 months
