Healthier Copycat Cosmic Brownies made with all vegan, gluten-free and grain-free ingredients. These are a no-bake, easy version to make at home.

Ingredients

Brownies:

  • 1 cup creamy nut butter – any works but I like using peanut butter, almond butter or cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup almond flour

Chocolate topping:

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
  2. Mix together brownie ingredients until smooth and creamy
  3. Add to baking dish and spread across evenly
  4. Melt dark chocolate in microwave (add coconut oil if needed)
  5. Spread chocolate onto brownies, sprinkle some sprinkles on top and set in fridge or freezer for about 1 to 2 hours until firm
  6. Slice into brownies and enjoy!

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or freezer
