Healthy Broccoli Mac & Cheese made with all gluten-free ingredients. The easiest homemade mac & cheese that sneaks in some veggies too for the whole family to enjoy.
2 cups cooked organic broccoli, chopped (I buy frozen usually so it is easy to cook quickly)
1/3 cup organic shredded cheese
1/3 cup non-dairy milk
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Sea salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to instructions
As pasta cooks, mix together the cheese, milk, nutritional yeast and spices and warm over medium heat in a small pot. Continue to stir until the cheese mixture is melted
Strain pasta then add back to pot and mix in the cheese sauce and fold in the broccoli
