These healthy Frozen Yogurt Cups are such an easy and delicious snack and a kid favorite. You only need 3 ingredients to make them and they’re filled with protein and have no added sugar.

  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Cook Time: Set for 1 hour
  • Total Time: 0 hours

Yield: About 12 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups greek yogurt (I usually use unsweetened but any works)
  • 1 ½ cup granola
  • ⅓ cup creamy nut or seed butter (peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter)
  • Optional: fresh or frozen fruit, honey or maple syrup to make sweeter

Instructions

  1. Line a 12 muffin pan with liners (I use a silicone one for easy removal)
  2. Fill each cup about ½ way with yogurt
  3. Place equal amounts of granola on top of yogurt (and fruit if using)
  4. Add more yogurt on top of granola then drizzle peanut butter across the yogurt cups
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until yogurt is frozen

Notes

*Store in the freezer. I like to thaw it out for a few minutes before eating!
