Healthy Peanut Butter Cup Rice Crispy Treats made with no marshmallows. Gluten-free peanut buttery rice krispie treats sweetend with manuka honey!

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with liners (or grease an 8×8 baking dish and use that instead of liners)
  2. In a large bowl, add the honey, coconut oil, peanut butter and cereal and mix all together making sure all of the cereal is “wet” and coated with the pb, oil and honey. If it looks dry, add a little more honey
  3. Fill each muffin cup with the cereal mixture (it makes 9-10 for me) then add to freeze for 10 minutes to set
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in microwave or over stove in a sauce pan then drizzle on top of each krispie treat then add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each and set the treats in freezer or fridge to set
