This Healthy Pumpkin Dip is incredibly delicious and easy to make. it’s gluten-free, can be made vegan and dairy-free and is great for kids too!

Yield: Serves 4-5 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups thick and creamy yogurt (I like using greek yogurt or coconut yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, pumpkin, maple syrup and cinnamon until fully combined
  2. Add to a desired serving bowl if eating right away or store in airtight container for up to 5 days
  3. Serve with desired snacks to dip like pretzels, apple slices and graham crackers!

Notes

*Store leftover pumpkin dip in fridge for 5 days
