Healthy Strawberry Gummies (3 ingredients!)

These Strawberry Gummies are a much healthier version than store-bought made with just 3 ingredients and no refined sugar. Easy to make and great for kids.

Yield: 3 dozen gummies 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, stems removed
  • 12 tablespoon honey or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries to blender or food processor and blend until fully liquid
  2. Place a mesh strainer over a pot and strain the strawberry juice into the pot. Use a silicone spatula to push down the pulp (you may not have too much!)
  3. Add in the honey and stir then sprinkle gelatin over the liquid and lightly mix
  4. Allow the mixture to harden for about 3 minutes
  5. Add the pot to the stove and heat over low het for 4 minutes or until mixture is fully liquid, stirring frequently
  6. Use a dropper to carefully add liquid into the candy molds (I used these heart ones)
  7. Place gummies in fridge to set for at least 4 hours then remove from mold at enjoy!

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 to 7 days
