These High-Protein Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats are such an easy and delicious breakfast recipe idea to make. They’re gluten-free, vegan and nut-free and such a great meal prep idea for breakfast.

  1. In a medium bowl, add the oats, seeds, milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, yogurt, maple syrup and protein powder (if using) together to combine
  2. Cover the bowl then add to fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
  3. When ready to serve, layer with jam and blueberries and enjoy! I like to use these jars

Notes

*Store in fridge for 5 days. I like to eat cold but you can also warm up if you prefer
