These Homemade Frozen Pizzas are made with 2 ingredient dough using gluten-free flour and greek yogurt. Such an easy recipe to make and keep on hand in the freezer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour + more for rolling out dough (or regular all purpose flour if not gluten-free)
  • 1 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Any additional toppings like pepperoni, veggies or sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray or olive oil
  2. Add the yogurt and flour to large mixing bowl
  3. Using your hands, mix the ingredients together until they form a ball (if too dry add more yogurt, if too wet add more flour!). The dough should be tacky but not too stick
  4. Sprinkle a little flour to a clean surface and knead the dough a few times
  5. Next form into a round ball then cut into 6 equal pieces of dough
  6. Take each piece and roll it into ball then make your crust (use rolling pin or hands)
  7. Drizzle some olive oil on top of the crusts then bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are just slightly golden
  8. Allow the crusts to cool completely then add your desired toppings to each
  9. Add baking sheet to freezer for at least 2 hours but not longer than 4 hours
  10. Once frozen, place each pizza into a freezer-safe bag and refreeze until ready to cook (I layer parchment paper inside these bags)
  11. Once ready to eat: bake in oven at 375 degrees F from frozen for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese i melted and crust has a crisp to it then enjoy!
