Homemade Paleo Bread with Collagen Peptides

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 eggs (have not tested flax egg)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen peptides

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a bread dish with parchment paper or grease well
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and apple cider vinegar
  3. Once combined, add in rest of the ingredients and mix again until well combined (I used a hand mixer)
  4. Add the dough to bread dish and bake in oven for 30 minutes and then let it cool for about an hour before cutting
  5. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
  6. *Will stay good sealed on counter for about 5 days or you can freeze and refrigerate for longer
