INSANE Funfetti Puppy Chow Recipe! Made with all gluten-free and vegan-friendly ingredients. This is a delicious spin on your favorite puppy chow recipe.

Yield: 12 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale

12 cups gluten-free rice chex cereal
1 cup white chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)
1 cup vanilla frosting of choice
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon almond extract (can omit if you don’t have)
Powdered sugar to taste (I used about 1 cup)
Sprinkles

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Add the cereal to a large bowl and set aside
In a medium saucepan add the white chocolate, vanilla frosting, oil and almond extract and melt together over low heat, stirring often
Remove pan from heat and pour mixture on top of cereal and coat. Mix well with a spatula then add in the powdered sugar and mix again (you can do this part in a large ziplock baggie if you have!)
Sprinkle the sprinkles on top (haha!) and spread the coated cereal across a large baking sheet (or two) and allow the cereal to cool and set a bit
