Want Pizza Lunchables but want something a bit healthier? Try these DIY Pizza Lunchables at home using 3 simple ingredients.

  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Total Time: 5 ins

Yield: Serves 1

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 large flatbread crackers of choice (I use these ones)
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings: pepperoni, veggies, olives

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Crackers: Lay out your crackers on a plate or in a lunchbox. If you’re packing these for later, consider using a sectioned container to keep the crackers separate from the sauce and cheese until you’re ready to eat.
  2. Add the Marinara Sauce: Use a small spoon or a squeeze bottle to add a dollop of marinara sauce onto each cracker. Be careful not to use too much sauce to avoid sogginess. A teaspoon of sauce per cracker should be just right (or add to lunchbox in small container)
  3. Top with Shredded Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce. The amount of cheese can vary depending on your preference, but a small handful per cracker is a good starting point (or add to lunchbox in a small container)

Notes

*Store in fridge overnight if prepping the night before
