No-Bake Fudge Brownies made with gluten and dairy-free ingredients. Sweetened with manuka honey, no dates for a twist on your usual no-bake, oil-free dessert!

Yield: 16 small brownies 1x

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend for about 1-2 minutes until the ingredients are processed into a fine texture
  2. Grease an 8×8 baking dish or line it with parchment paper
  3. Add the brownie dough to the dish and press down, forming it in the dish
  4. Add to the freezer for 30 minute and begin making the chocolate ganache
  5. Spread chocolate ganache on top and cacao nibs if you’d like, slice into brownies and enjoy

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to a week or freezer for a few months!
