This No-Boil Spaghetti Bake is a game changer. Enjoy this gluten-free, cheesy, vegetarian pasta casserole that requires one baking dish and can feed your entire family.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb gluten-free spaghetti or I love this one too!
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small white onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes 
  • 2 cups pasta sauce
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese, basil for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Add the uncooked spaghetti, oil, garlic, onion, Italian seasonings and salt to a large baking dish and gently toss to distribute ingredients
  3. Add the tomatoes, sauce, water and toss again
  4. Bake uncovered in oven for 45 minutes or until top is browned a bit (I stir around 20 minute mark)
  5. Remove from oven and add mozzarella cheese and and basil then continue baking for another 15-20 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm! I add grated parm to our dishes too.

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days. Reheat in microwave with splash of water or sauce to thin out the pasta if needed
